Then try Scottish Country Dancing.

Scottish Country dancing is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, keep you supple, make new friends and open up opportunities to travel. The dance steps and movements create flowing patterns and dances can be slow and elegant or extremely lively. Don’t worry if you haven’t danced before, you just need to be keen to give it a try!.
You don’t need to bring a partner as everyone moves around and you will find yourself dancing with many different partners.
Starting Monday 29th October – 6 week beginners course in Scottish Country Dancing at Fraddon Village Hall TR9 6NT from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.

This course is aimed at teaching the steps to dance reels and jigs and some of the basic formations so that by the end of the 6 week course you will be enjoying dancing some ceilidh dances like The Dashing White Sargent, Barley Bree, and the Gay Gordons as well as some simple Scottish Country dances.

Please wear soft shoes and clothes that are comfortable

Cost £3 per session or £15 for 6.
